Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum spend, and no shipping charge is added at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 5–12 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive toward the earlier end of that range, but carrier handling and customs clearance can extend it.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to begin updating after you receive it. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@stratumshop.com straight away — we can usually correct it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped we cannot change the address.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel cannot be located we will replace it or refund you in full.
